1. Information we process

We process store and app configuration data required to provide font management features, including font settings, theme embed status, and app session/authentication records.

We may process merchant-uploaded font files through Shopify Files when merchants use custom font features.

2. How we use information

We use data to deliver app functionality, including applying fonts on storefronts, saving font configurations, checking theme embed status, and supporting app billing and account access.

3. Customer personal data

FourCore Font Studio is designed to work without storing customer personal data for normal feature operation.

We implement Shopify compliance webhooks for data request and redact events. We also remove shop-linked app session data on uninstall.

4. Data sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to host and operate the app.

5. Data retention

We retain app data only as long as required to operate the app and meet legal or platform obligations. When the app is uninstalled, related session records are removed.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
